Rob

Rob initially established himself as a kitchen designer in 1999 at a bespoke kitchen company in Colchester. He then transitioned to Howdens Joinery for 14.5 years, followed by 11 years at Benchmarx. With a background in Art and Design, he quickly gained recognition for his ability to sketch kitchen designs on-site—a skill seldom found in our industry. This personalised service sets him apart, offering a level of attention unlikely to be found elsewhere.

During their time at Benchmarx, Rob and Adrian’s success and strong work ethic earned them a reputable standing in the kitchen industry. It is this history that has laid the solid foundation upon which Falstaff Home Design is built.

Adrian

Adrian entered the industry in 2004, swiftly advancing into management roles within kitchen retailers, accumulating 20 years of experience while continuously developing his expertise and knowledge.

He successfully established two businesses that flourished into multi-million-pound branches for renowned kitchen suppliers. These ventures equipped Adrian with invaluable insights and skills.

Drawing from his wealth of experience, Adrian, along with his partners, embarked on the journey of founding their own kitchen company, with the aspiration of nurturing it into a thriving success.

Alex

Alex’s journey in the kitchen industry began in 2018 as a Warehouse Operative. Demonstrating impressive progress, Alex swiftly advanced to Warehouse Supervisor and within two years, attained the role of Branch Assistant Manager.

This pivotal position provided Alex with the foundation to demonstrate his value within the industry. Alex capitalised on this opportunity to cultivate strong relationships with local tradesmen, establishing a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service.

It is this commitment to providing a high level of customer service that forms the core of Falstaff Home Design. Joining the Falstaff family in January 2023 was a natural step for Alex, given their dedication and expertise.
